You will oversee a varied range of tasks, such as support and maintenance of the existing infrastructure, troubleshooting and consistently provide great customerservice in alignment with business requirements. Due to the nature of this position, the role is office-based 5 days a week in Edinburgh.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IT Support/Service desk role across 1st and 2nd line, working on Windows 11 OS, and mobile hardware setup.
