Job Description

Our client a leading Energy Company are currently recruiting for an Administrator on a contract basis based in Glasgow to provide administrative support to the internal Resource Team.Key Tasks* Complete all administrative duties in relation to the RAF (Resource Authorisation Form) process to progress with the recruitment of internal roles globally * Maintain database and revisions of business job descriptions * Update global recruitment spreadsheet and produce reports to demonstrate recruitment progress across the business * Any other duties as agreed with the Internal Resource Support LeadKey Criteria* The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated with strong verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to work on their own initiative and be proactive when assigned tasks. The candidate would also have: * Strong MS Office Skills especially with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills * Demonstrated experience of administrative work * Understanding of and the ability to maintain confidentiality
