Job Description

The OpportunityDue to continued growth and transformation of our services as we strive for excellence, we are looking for an Internal Governance & Controls Manager to join us on this exciting journey. As an Internal Governance & Controls Manager, you would be responsiblefor the internal governance mechanisms, frameworks and controls across an entire operations estate, growing a team to drive your vision across the new structure.This is an incredibly exciting opportunity thats open to the following locations: Basingstoke, Peterborough, Glasgow and Edinburgh.Youll be:

  • Developing, implementation and ongoing management of a central governance model that provides holistic control across the operations estate.
  • Producing management reports that support the senior leadership team, providing information on key components of our business.
  • Leading the implementation of a portfolio of governance/control activities designed to drive consistency and efficiency within the individual client accounts.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with the central function and the COO office to become their "go to" for account internal governance reporting.
  • Providing overall ownership for the implementation and ongoing management of the frameworks model.
You should apply if you have:
  • Understanding of financial services regulatory environment and how it applies to customer service delivery.
  • Previous experience managing governance and/or oversight functions.
  • Strong commercial and client management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment using your initiative to drive success.
