Venesky-Browns client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a HR Researcher for an initial 6-month contract with the potential to extend on a rate of £300-£380/day (inside of IR35). Due to the current circumstancesthis role will be remote based for now. Responsibilities/Essential Skills:- Reporting to the HR Online Customer Services Manager, this post will review HR policy and guidance and recommend a structure for user access and governance.-Review HR policy and guidance available against Leading Practice Features (HR Global Design) and identify any gaps.-Establish a plan to ensure the readiness of HR policies and guidance for the implementation of a new HR System that will effectively support employee self-service.-Identify user needs in relation to accessing HR policies, procedures and guidance and contribute to the development of a strategy for meeting these user needs including proposals for content design, the appropriate location of policies, as well as the governancearound content management and guidance updates.-Ability to integrate insights from various sources to create a single view (e.g. research, analytics, broader trends, etc)-A general understanding of HR procedures- Ability to analyse guidance from the customers perspective -Stakeholder management skills. Can take opposing views to reach consensus using evidence to explain decisions madeDesirable Skills -Experience of how content should be managed and knowledge management solution-Experience in working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary agile delivery teamIf you would like to hear more about this opportunity, please get in touch.
