Job Description

As an HR Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations within the Human Resources department of a well-established company located in Glasgow.   • Assist in the daily operations of the Human Resources department
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
  • Help maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Support the HR team in organising company events
  • Provide timely assistance to employees regarding HR-related queries
  • Participate in HR projects and take on additional tasks as needed
ProfileA successful HR Administrator should have:
  • A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HR information systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
