Full Stack Software Developer, ideally with good experience using the Microsoft Tech stack, is wanted for an established Scottish FinTech Company in Glasgow City Centre to work on their market leading product (Hybrid working). The company are going through a period of sustained growth (with some of the most ambitious hiring plans Ive seen, with investment to match) and are looking to bring on several Full Stack .Net Developers to join their established Development team. The companyboast an impressive client list developed throughout the years and have a range of clients from large-scale well-known UK brands through to smaller more local organisations.At the moment, they are focusing on modernising their technical function which means loads of new ideas, tools, technology and processes incoming all whilst they migrate the majority of their customers to a cloud-hosted platform over the next couple of years.So there is lots of get involved in!In this role youll be directly working on the companys core enterprise level product, so youll ideally have some experience working on scalable solutions. Youll find yourself working end to end so good back-end and front-end skills would be needed for thisrole - however they do have a couple of different role profiles available if this doesnt sound quite like you.The company arent too bothered with what version of the .Net or JS framework you work with, they are more interested in Software Developers that have good experience with best practices and high coding standards. Theyve got a team rich with experience andgreat training opportunities to help people upskill in areas needed.Youll ideally have experience with most of the following:** .Net Framework (C# and ASP.Net MVC)** Databases (ideally good SQL Skills)** HTML, CSS and JavaScriptThe following is highly desirable but not a prerequisite** .Net Core** Azure + Any DevOps tools** ReactJS + TypeScriptThe company have a great track-record of staff retention, in fact a number of the Dev Team have been with the business for close to 10 years - a true testament to the great culture within the business.
