Job Description

We are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to supportour clients customers within their fraud contact centre in the new year. If you possess outstanding customer service skills, a desire to safeguard customers, and are looking for a new challenge, then we have an incredible opportunity waiting for you.Key DetailsStart Date: Monday 8th April 2024Day Rate: £130 per day (Umbrella only recruitment) - Assistance available for Umbrella company setupLocation: Glasgow/Hybrid - Office presence required two times a week. Initial training will be on a hybrid working model, followed by three weeks based on-site for grad bay.Working Hours: 40 hours per week, on shifts Monday to Saturday between 9am to 8pm (you will work every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)What Huntswood Offers

  • £130 per day initially, progressing to an approximate annual salary of £23,184, plus benefits when permanent

What Huntswood is Seeking
  • At least 12 months experience in a customer service role is essential
  • Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse customer profiles
  • Willingness to work at our clients Glasgow office on a hybrid basis
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Attentive to detail and adept at navigating internal databases
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word
Your Role as a Fraud Customer Service AdvisorAs a Fraud Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers daily. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls from customers dealing with fraud, scams, and payment queries. Utilizing your exceptional listeningand communication skills, you will support customers during these challenging situations.
