It affordssuccessful candidates a dynamic and challenging work environment whilst helping them develop knowledge of the industry alongside supporting their study for the professional qualification - CIMA.The 4 rotational elements include learnings in the following areas:Factory - Learn the core operations of the business at one of our sites throughout the UK. Candidates will gain an in-depth understanding of all processes within the factory and will be able to relate these learnings to different aspects of factory finance,including management accounts, product costings and KPI analysis. Internal Audit - The Internal Audit function provides candidates with the opportunity to travel throughout Europe. Learning on the job from a number of experienced senior staff, you will focuson reviewing all controls at site level, ensuring business risks are minimised.Head Office Placement - This rotational element will see you working alongside and supporting the central services Head Office Finance function and seeing the commercial process through from end to end.Project - An opportunity to take the lead and develop a business project alongside the Finance Director. Post the operational rotations, you will be fully integrated into the Finance team in order to gain hands on experience, to maximise the learning opportunityand to be able to make a difference. Key interfaces and relationships will include teams working within Commercial, NPD, Site Operations, Agriculture and Technical disciplines.You will have completed a Degree or be in the final year of their studies within a Finance/Accountancy related discipline. You will be a strong communicator and have a passion for food and the complexities that come with a career in this industry.
