Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an engineer who has either ATM, EPOS , Print / desktop hardware engineering experience to be trained on the companys full range of equipment across banking, retail and hospitality sectors. It is important that you are able to demonstrate the following;

The Role:
  • Repairs, maintenance & installation of EPOS/ATM/IT products within your assigned region
  • Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and replace components on equipment such as PCs, workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, ATMs and kiosks
  • Installation of cable, staging and testing of equipment
  • Build working relationships with customers
  • May require prolonged travel, carrying / lifting tool kit / parts of varying weights
  • May require bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, standing & sitting for long periods of time
  • The role requires the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision and to be able to manage your time effectively and pro-actively

Working Hours
  • 42.5hrs per week - shifts scheduled between 7.00am to 11pm, Mon to Sun, with two days off within the week - set rota, provided 3 months in advance
  • Weekend working - every other weekend
The Essentials
  • Full Manual UK Driving License
  • Must be able to pass PES4 & 3 year reference check- Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good written & excellent verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • Confident using electronic computer devices.
  • Flexible working shifts as will be required to work early / late shifts with weekend / rotating shifts
