My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Technician to join their site in North Lanarkshire. You will be working with a successful manufacturer, with a fantastic reputation within their respective markets. Due to an impressiveinvestment onsite, that are looking to expand their engineering team once again, by on-boarding an additional Engineering Technician.The successful Engineering Technician will be multi skilled, with a strong electrical background and ability. You will coach and develop our technical teams to ensure that we have optimum engineering solutions to support our ambitious manufacturing objectives.You will ensure that all machinery and equipment is installed, maintained and operated to maximise production output and efficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary. You will carry out fault diagnosis and repair breakdowns. Youwill also be required to analyse line efficiency, wastage and downtime data with a view to identifying areas for performance improvement.To be applicable for the Engineering Technician position, you will ideally be educated to HNC level in an electrical engineering related discipline with significant engineering experience of maintenance systems within a complex high speed production unit,FMCG or food manufacturing environment.The working pattern for this role is a variable 12 hour shift pattern (3on 3 off) working an average of 40.25 hours per week.What we offer:
