Job Description

Employer description:KB Refrigeration is a leading company specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration solutions. Their expertise spans across various industries such as food and beverage, healthcare, and hospitality. KB Refrigeration is known for their commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, making them a trusted partner forbusinesses seeking top-tier refrigeration solutions.They are now looking for a Digital Support Apprentice to join their rapidly growing team.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a central mailbox for invoices to be processed in conjunction with Sage200. This will allow you to produce Account Management and Sage reports which you will share with the wider business
  • Act as a first point of contact for contract engineers and customers when required. You will then put information on to our service management system, Joblogic
  • Raise and process purchase orders/invoices on Kofax
  • In house training on Health and Safety and OandM Manuals
  • Produce relevant documents e.g. HandS manuals, OandM manuals, CDM files
  • Provide digital support to different departments
  • Learn how to process timesheets, holiday leave, expenses, non-productive elements for Engineers
  • Process filing for supporting documentation (scanning/manual)
By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be a superuser in Microsoft Packages, Sage, Kofax and Joblogic.About you:
  • Must have basic numerical skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Enthusiastic
Salary:£22,500 per annumWorking hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm with 30 minute lunch and 15 minute morning breakBenefits:
