Job Description

  • Ensuring the delivery of individual and wider team is to the required standard, including co-ordinating active code reviews
  • Developing innovative solutions that will enhance the client experience and provide a cost effective solutions
  • Delivering across a number of programmes of work in a timely and quality manner
  • Presenting ideas and designs to colleagues and adapting work based on reviews and direct feedback
  • Being responsible for planning and executing activities to implement user requirements
  • Developing other team members through mentoring and code review
    • What were looking for:
  • Experience of managing a development team in an Agile delivery environment reviewing and enforcing good development practises within the team
  • Extensive experience with application client and server development in the web and/or mobile domain in delivery lead role or equivalent
  • Experience to include JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS3 and SASS with backend experience of GraphQL/Apollo, NodeJS with MariaDB and/or Postgress with RM Sequlise
  • Deep technical leadership throughout the project life cycle across complex systems integration projects/programmes
    • Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Experience with TypeScript, Java, .Net, Groovy,Scala. Angluar, VueJS and Experience with REST and RDBMS (SQL Sever, Oracle SQL) and compatible ORMs e.g. hibernate/GROM
  • Knowledge of tools like GIT, VSCode/ IntelliJ, SQLWorkbench, SonarQube, Jenkins/TeamCity, Docker/Kubernetes, OpenShift, NodeJS, Web driver/Cypress etc.
  • Experience with DevOps, containerization, and cloud-ready solutions and of working with Amazon Web Services
  • Experience of presenting technical concepts to a non-technical audience and senior stakeholders
