Job Description

Customer Service and Sales AdvisorLocation: Glasgow (South Side).Term: Ongoing Temporary.Salary: £21,500 per annum.Working Days: Monday-Friday & every 4th Saturday.Have you got excellent customer service skillsWould you like to earn commission on top of your salaryWould you like to work in a friendly and supportive teamWould you like to work in a role with no cold callingPertemps are proud to be recruiting for a service focused Customer Service and Sales Advisor for one of our award-winning priority clients for their office in the south side of Glasgow who are a household name. As Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you willhave a rare and exciting opportunity to join a company that will provide a career and not just a job as my client always promotes from within and the reason for this role becoming available is due to company growth.This is a full time and Temporary position working business hours. You have the flexibility to choose when you commence your shift so you can choose times of working form 8am-4.30pm, 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm.Your role as Customer Service and Sales Advisor will be to provide first class service to customer. Main duties of the role will be to handle incoming calls from customers looking to place an order as well as achieving monthly KPIs. Duties:

  1. Develop the relationships with existing clients.
  2. Dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
  3. Achieve individual and team KPIs.
  4. Ensure that all Dealer and Stockist accounts are contacted when diarised.
  5. Assist with the production of customer reports.
  6. To always project a positive professional image of the company.
  7. Delivering service excellence.
  8. Processing orders onto internal systems.
  9. Up-selling added services and products.
  10. Maintain accurate records of all existing and potential customers.
  11. To follow all safe working practice guidelines and keep own area of work clean and tidy.
  12. To carry out any other duties when required.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have a proven track record in a customer service or sales focused role.
  • Polite and professional phone manner.
  • Worked in an environment where KPIs were adhered to.
  • MS Office competent.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Positive minded with excellent rapport building skills.
  • Tenacious and driven.
