Our client, who is based within the public sector, has a temporary requirement for a COVID Marshall which will be based in Barrhead. The hours of work will be 8.45 am - 4.35pm with a 50 minute lunch break, Monday to Friday The rate of pay will be £9.90per hour.The Covid Marshall is employed to carry out the following functions:To ensure all members of staff, visitors and members of the public whom use and visit the building, adhere to the policies and procedures as set out which include:" Sanitising and/or cleaning hands on entry to the building." Wearing a mask where possible on entry and moving around the building" To assist staff and visitors on the usage of the one way system as outlined in the return to work policy and in the customer service area." To clean and sanitise surfaces in the foyer, and the customer service centre after every usage, with the approved chemicals and equipment provided." To highlight any issues to the Facility staff, to record customer numbers and assist in the safe usage of the meeting rooms and foyer and service centre." To control the numbers of customers in the reception and service centre to ensure that safe social distancing can be adhered to." To liaise with customer first reception staff to assist in the safe and proper use of the building by members of the public" To touch clean any surfaces which require after use by staff or users of the building.The Covid Marshall will be provided with the proper PPE and cleaning materials and advised on the safe usage of fluids, cloths and any other equipment, and report any shortfalls or requirements to the Facility staff.
