Job Description

Trading since 1884, Walker Fraser Steele joined e.surv in 2013 and are the UKs number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. To put it into numbers, we complete more than one propertyinspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland. This gives us the flexibility to offer nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge.Were part of the LSL Property Services Group PLC, which includes household names Your Move and Reeds Rains as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.We have an exciting opportunity to join Walker Fraser Steele Chartered Surveyors in the position of Administration Support! The ideal candidate will provide key assistance to clients and colleagues and be able to demonstrate an ability to work from yourown initiative, whilst prioritising workloads. This will be a great opportunity to join a business who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.Main Accountabilities:

  • Completing administrative tasks assigned from your line manager.
  • Deliver an efficient, effective, and professional service to clients and colleagues.
  • Be confidant with client guidelines and adhering to procedures.
  • Making sure issues and tasks are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with all clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work to deadlines and remain calm and understanding with urgent needs.
  • The ability to work as a team player.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads.
Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Previous experience of direct customer service or administration.
  • Must have great attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the Scottish Property Market.
  • Needs to be able to work at pace.
  • Flexible approach to resolving problems and task management.
  • Customer care skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, the ability to work proactively and communicate effectively.
