Job Description

Client Accountant£26,000-£33,000Glasgow - HybridCobalt is partnering with one of the Real Estate industries most recognised names for Investment and Property Management.The business is looking for a Client Accountant to join the Accounts Team to handle the Client and Service Charge Accounting investors, developers, and occupiers.Key Responsibilities

  • Completing Tenant and Balance reconciliations.
  • Producing Client reports both standard and bespoke reports.
  • Producing Month-end journals including prepayments and accruals.
  • Completing Year-end service charge accounts and preparing lease completion statements.
  • Raising periodic rent, service charge, and other ad-hoc demands.
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and surveyors regarding any queries.
About You
  • Previous experience working in a similar position as a Client or Service Charge Accountant.
  • Experience using a Property Management Accounts software such as TRAMPS/Yardi/MRI/Qube.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
