Job Description

Company OverviewJobtrain is an established and highly regarded provider of online recruitment software (Applicant Tracking Systems) to a wide range of clients across the UK and Internationally. We deliver solutions to organisations as varied as NHS Scotland, Toyota, OdeonCinemas, Paul Smith and many, many more.Our Head Office is based in Altrincham near Manchester, and we have a growing presence with a second office in Glasgow city centre. We have a very healthy record of not just developing our business, but also for providing realistic and achievable careerpaths for the people within it.The RoleWe are looking for a Channel Sales and Partnerships Executive to join our Glasgow based team. Our New Business sales team focus on managing all activity related to engaging with, and acquiring, new customers of our Applicant Tracking Software. This rolewill be focused on supporting and driving reseller sales, partner referrals for new business and fostering strong relationships and awareness of the Jobtrain product and brand amongst all partners.The role will be focused on, but not limited to the following tasks:Act as the central point of contact for all day-to-day partner queries and connect partner contacts with the appropriate Jobtrain team member.Build strong relationships with the Jobtrain partner network to:

  • Drive sales through Jobtrain resellers
  • Support partners with product awareness and demonstrations
  • Encourage and deliver new business referrals for the Jobtrain New Business Team
  • Maintain regular, engaging, and informative communications with partners to raise brand and product awareness
  • Set-up regular partner review meetings with the Director of Strategic Development
  • Seek opportunities for marketing content co-creation and promotion (Blogs, Interviews, Webinars, Case Studies and content distribution)
  • Work with Jobtrain client success consultants to map out and identify all client partners and seek to create connections and relationships with them
Success Measurement:Ultimately, success in this role will be measured by generating quantifiable win/win propositions that drive Jobtrain forward. These will include:
  • Growing Jobtrain brand awareness amongst partners
  • Volume of new business referrals from partners
  • Revenue generated from product resellers
  • Identifying and onboarding new partners to enhance Jobtrains product offering and generate resell/referral revenue from these
  • These outputs will be measured in the form of weekly and monthly activity plus outputs (e.g. communications, marketing & promotion opportunities, partner reviews, prospective partners, and leads generated)
The Skills needed:
  • 3 years experience of working in a sales-focussed role with a demonstrable track record of building pipeline and achieving monthly / quarterly sales objectives
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems (e.g, Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Foster and develop strong relationships at all levels with our partners and within the Jobtrain business
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with strong communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A pro-active approach with the ability not just to see what is needed, but to plan ahead
  • Strong team orientation with a history of working collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritise activities
  • Knowledge & understanding of recruitment / recruitment technology (e.g. applicant tracking systems)
  • Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet research
