If you answer yes to all of these, we would love to meet you.As a Claims Team Leader within our market leading Casualty Claims division, you will lead a team of claims handlers who settle insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. Working in a technical claims unit that thrives on getting great outcomesyou will lead and inspire your team to be the best that they can be.Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Sound technical knowledge with experience of working in Employers Liability and Public Liability claims environment
What you’ll get for this role:
  • Salary of Circa £38,500 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
