Job Description

Working as a Care Home Pharmacist at this independent pharmacy groups central hub in the City of Glasgow youll join an established pharmacy team responsible for delivering medicines management and clinical pharmacy input to a range of primary care homesacross the City.This is a non patient facing pharmacist position working Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week 9-6Client Details

DescriptionImportant role in conducting medication reviews assisting in supporting residents with their medicine use, reducing polypharmacy, improving compliance, reducing errors, improving residents health & wellbeing and reducing waste.Profile* Registered GPHC Pharmacist* Motivated and Forward thinking personality* Attention to detail and good with managing and training a team* Carehome experience preferred but not essential* 1 years experience* Role modelJob Offer* 45 hours per week - Glasgow City Centre location* Monday to Friday 9-6pm* 5 weeks annual leave (Plus BH)* 2 CPD days* Smart casual wear or company branded gear. * Parking space. * GPHC fees paid for. * Closed door operation. * Exciting new technologies to use and learn. * Ability to develop procedures and services with growth. * Staff canteen with gym access. * Staff events.
