Calibration Engineer£20ph 5 month contractScotstounAdvantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a prestigious manufacturing organisation operating within the defence sector to find a talented Calibration Engineer with excellent skills across calibration, testing, servicing and repair of tooling and equipment, ensuring that these items are calibrated correctly in line with relevant standards.Typical responsibilities here will include:* Management and maintenance of the Calibration Database and the distribution of the Tooling and Equipment Recall Report to all relevant stakeholders* Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of Calibration by External Service Providers (in-house and outsourced)* Production of certification / records and the management and filing of external certification* Monitoring and reporting of External Service Provider KPIs in order to drive improvementCandidates with a defence background are of course welcome, but other sector experience across the above skills are highly relevantFor more information please contact sam at Advantage Resourcing on Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
