Business Intelligence Tech LeadGlasgow£65,000 - £80,000Are you passionate about data Do you enjoy working with the latest tech to lead a team inthe definition of best practices & repeatable methodologies in Data Engineering (including Data Storage, ETL, Data Warehousing), BI, Data Visualisation, Data Presentation,Data Analytics & Data Science If so then this could be the role for you.A Scottish company, who work with some of the largest brands in the UK and globally, are looking for a BI Tech Lead to join them in Glasgow. In this role you would be the SME for the BI & Data Teams, working with BI Developers, Data Engineers and Data Scientistson a range of projects, from reporting to advanced predictive analytics.You will play a key role in in establishing, championing and supporting architectural decisions,Input heavily into the technical roadmap, and how it folds into the product roadmap. You will work closely with the Product Owners, stakeholders and other TechLeads to design high quality technical solutions which meet specified business objectives, whilst adhering to overarching business and technical requirements and constraints.Ideally you will be experienced in defining & documenting reference architectures, solution design patterns, solution accelerators for use in Data Solutions. Have a solid understanding of data integration, data analysis, data modelling, data visualisationbest practises and a focus on development of ETL/data pipelines and data warehouse following industrial best practices.To be successful in this roles, you will have experiencein Data factory,Azure ETL, Azure SQL Database,Advanced T-SQL,Azure Synapse &Datawarehousing in Azure.
