Learn more at maximusuk.co.uk.Job SummaryWorking as part of the UK Business Development Team the Business Development Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of Business Development team activity and bids. This will be achieved via high quality administrative support, project management, maintenanceof the bid teams knowledge library and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders throughout Maximus UK businesses.Reporting to the Head of Bid Management, the Business Development Coordinator will manage and contribute to bid-specific tasks and projects as required, including (but not limited to) capture phase activity and attending meetings and events as required.They will also support wider team coordination including (but not limited to) information management, financial management and meeting managementThe role holder will have excellent communication and organisational skills.Responsibilities: (List not exhaustive)Provide high quality administrative support to bid teams including and not limited to Diary management: Booking and/or scheduling meetings, managing associated diary invitations as required Maintaining a calendar of BD team leave and non-working days accessible to all team members Financial management: Raising POs related to business development activities Supporting smooth communication between finance and BD regarding reporting and verification of monthly cross-charges and consultancy spend as required Prompting bid managers to update latest budget forecasts as required Information management Downloading information from commissioner portals as required Setting up bid team shared folders and documents as required Supporting bid managers regarding progress tracking of workstreams / tasks as requiredBenefits
