Job Description

Business Analyst - 2 month contract - Immediate Start - GlasgowAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to work for a large Public Sector organisation in Glasgow. You will be involved in delivering a solution which digitizes some elements of exporting advice & signposting currently provided 1-2-1by specialistsEssential skills:

  • Analyse and understand the business opportunity
  • Undertake research and analysis to understand how the trade export team works, considering the people, organisation, processes, information, data and technology
  • Explore feasible options and define success measures
  • Identify and elaborate user and business needs to enable effective design, development and testing of the new service/tool
  • Make decisions related to prioritisation and minimum viable product by using analysis led insights
  • Ensure the new service/tool meets business and user needs and is aligned with organisational goals.
  • Understand any business and policy constraints that need to be considered, and assess the implications
  • Create documentation in line with SEs requirements and standards, storing and sharing as required aligned to our ways of working.
