To support effective clinical care by providing an efficient audio typing and administrative service to the daily running of the out-patient and inpatient areas. Ensure patient letters and communications are administered and processed accurately. To update systems to show admission, DNA or cancellations by patients are accurate and conducted in a timely manner. To scan all procedure reports onto portal and send copies to GP’s.
