Area Sales EngineerThe Role: The Area Sales Engineer will cover the Central Belt region of Scotland for this global manufacturer of steam & process manufacturing solutions. These steam solutions include valves, pumps, cylinders, boilers, steam traps etc. Sellingto a range of end users in a variety of sectors (process, manufacturing food & beverage, pharmaceutical, healthcare, water treatment etc) you will partner with their engineers and procurement teams to design, install, and maintain systems in their premises.In addition, as an Area Sales Engineer, you will be building relationships with a reseller network, M&E Contractors, and Consulting Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically minded sales professional to further their career with industryleading support.The Company: Our client are the number one player in their sector and continue to grow globally.   • Have a mechanical engineering & sales background (HNC or above)
  • Must be based in the Central Belt region
  • Sell an engineering related product into process/production end user environments
  • Field sales track record
  • A confident team player
  • Open to an Internal Sales Professional looking to get into the field who has Mechanical Engineering academic qualifications
  • Full & Clean Driving licence
Salary: £40,000-48,000 DOE + 15% OTE + Car + Pension + Healthcare + Share Scheme + 27 days holiday (+ stats on top)Candidate Location: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Motherwell
