  • As Application Manager you will be able to problem solve, you will be organised and self-motivated, able to think outside the box, comfortable communicating at all levels and be collaborative.What youll be doing in this role:Safety:
  • You will take personal responsibility for own and team/environment safety, promoting safe working practices to keep everyone healthy and safe. If It Is Not Safe, It Is Not Weber.
  • Management of Contractor Network
  • You will develop new contractor relationships through the Weber contractor policy in providing ongoing on-site designated technical support to proactively manage competency/performance to deliver beneficial value added services to applicators/contractors on all products/systems within the Weber portfolio.
  • Project Management
  • Provide proactive site support service to major projects with their territory through delivery of fundamental informative guidance to ensure that a future potential is removed and repeat business continues.
  • Complaint Investigation
  • Actively participate in the understanding of customer product complaints to identify the most appropriate technical and commercial solutions using the Weber complaint handling guidelines.
  • Respectively apply relevant services to key clients to mitigate reparative occurrence (lessons learnt).
  • Support New Product Development:
  • Development by testing of new products supporting our R&D department.
  • Application of new/amended products to demonstrate to new clients on behalf of sales & marketing departments
  • Support Future Market:
  • Support the development of skills within future generations through the use of educational partnerships (colleges etc.) using the Weber train the trainer process along with support to apprenticeships in formal industry recognised qualifications.
  • Responsible Functions:
  • Demonstrate the use of the products and systems on-site, in the Technical Academy and at seminars/presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all on-site meetings, and actions on issues or complaint resolution and keep individual site diaries for all contracts in the sales cluster.
  • Take an active role within the sales cluster meetings.
  • In addition to the Saint-Gobain Attitudes mentioned above, suitability for the role is key. In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Vocational Qualification level 3
  • Advanced Craft Certificate
  • Experience in: Presentation, Demonstrating, worked in a learning environment
