Job Description

AdministratorAre you a Customer Service Professional or an Administrator looking for your next move Huntress have been appointed to source a Customer Service professional to join this multinational Gas and Energy Company on a rolling contract basis.Key Info:Role - Corporate AdministratorSalary - £12.35 per hourLocation - GlasgowHours - 40 H/P/W Mon-FriHybrid - yes options for hybrid working availableDuration - 6 month contract - Likely to go perm after 3 monthsThe Role:Dealing with general customer enquiries, payment querys and handing complaints. Responding to emails, letters etc and making Inbound and outbound calls to customers to help resolve queries.Looking for candidates with:

  • Strong customer services skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • General Administrative Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident when dealing with customers and making calls when necessary
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
  • A background in customer services, any exposure to complaints would be desirable but not essential
