You will be well organised and be able to prioritise a demanding workload. You will be a team player and be able to communicate at all levels. You will be articulate, numerical, confident with Microsoft Excel and IT savvy. Ideally you will hold a minimum of two years administration experience. Your day to day duties will include- Completion of weekly Commercial report for all companies.- Ensuring that Hospitality & commission spreadsheets are same as Commercial Report- Bank analysis- Fuel analysis spreadsheet update weekly- Assist with Bank Reconciliations- Booking Accommodation & Travel.- Monthly journal entries for payroll.- Job start/finish spreadsheet (CCTV)- Fleet workbook- Rents- Payroll (Holiday cover)- General Admin DutiesIn returnThey are able to offer an excellent package, and the option of weekly pay.
