Job Description

1st Line Support Analyst -Glasgow - Hybrid-13-month contract -Up to £175 per day inside IR35Do you work in 1st line support and are looking for new role which will allow you to work with some core technologies, be part of a small but collaborative team and work for an organisation who run an online learning platform Then this could be the rolefor you. Our client is looking for a 1st line support analyst who will be the first point of contact to users and several 3rd party suppliers for the organisation as well as their sister organisations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via the telephone, diagnosing issues in a timely manner.
  • Fully log all relevant documentation for each issue, ensuring all the correct information is passed on.
  • Escalate more complex problems to appropriate escalation points and (on occasion) 3rd party suppliers.
Looking for someone who:
  • Has prior experience in a 1st line support role.
  • Is proficient in providing support for Microsoft products including, Office 365, teams and SharePoint. As well as experience with active directory.
  • Can provide excellent customer service as well as clear and concise communication to customers and across the internal team.
  • Has experience working in an ITIL environment.
