About the RoleAgincare Enable are currently recruitingfor aSupport Workerto joinour day and supported living services forpeople with complex needs and learning disabilities. The role will be based in the Medway area of Kent.We currently have positions available for full time, part time and bank contractsin Rochester, Rainham andGillingham.In this role you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will helpthe service userswith daily tasks and help them access as much of the community and local area asthey can such as attending clubs and using local leisure facilities, or even just going out for a coffee.Ourservices are currently rated "Good" by the CQC.About YouHaving a caring and compassionate nature is the most important skill you can bring within social care, everything else we can teach you.
