Senior HR Officer - Temporary ContractMedway£150-200 per dayASAP start*Candidate must have a current enhanced DBSAre you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge Do you have a passion for education and supporting staff development If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for a Senior HR Officer to join our school in Medway on a temporary contract. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, on-boarding, contractual, safeguarding, employee relations and general HR duties. You will work closely with the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the schools HR policies and procedures are compliant,effective and aligned with the schools vision and values.To be successful in this role, you will need:- A Level 3-5 CIPD qualification.- Experience of working in an education setting or a similar environment- Knowledge of employment law and best practice in HR- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills- A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to work- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young peopleThis is a temporary contract for the foreseeable and working 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday in the office.We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from all backgrounds and communities.
