Job Description

Morgan Hunt are looking for a Porter to work for a NHS trust in Gillingham area.Porter duties:

  • Hospital Porter will help move patients on wheelchairs or trolleys
  • Hospital Porter will be responsible for storing and moving equipment
  • Hospital Porter will be responsible for cleaning ans tidying outside area
  • Hospital Porter will in charge of cleaning in-door areas
  • Hospital Porter will ensure safe movement of medical equipment
  • Hospital Porter will replace dirty linen with fresh clean ones
  • Hospital Porter will retrieve and deliver parcels and posts to designated spot
  • Hospital Porter help move trolleys of food and drink to patients
    • Shift:
  • 08:00am to 20:00pm and 20:00pm to 08:00am
  • 10:00am to 18:00pm or 11:00am to 19:00pm
  • Mon to Fri and Sat & Sun
    • Pay Rate:
  • Monday - Friday: £8.72 per hour plus holiday pay
  • Weekend: £13.08 per hour plus holiday pay
