Joining a team of highly skilled technicians, engineers,and architects, you will play a key role in the business and it continues to growth and succeed.In this role, the successful IT Support would be responsible for general hardware installation, replacement, and decommissioning, assist with complex incident and changes escalated from the support team as well as ensuring all infrastructure systems andmonitored and issues resolved quickly. As a senior member of the team, you will also undertake training as required, providing support, training and assistance to junior members of the team.The ideal IT Support would have experience working within a similar role, hold and maintain some knowledge of networks, security, virtualisation, storage and migration.
