Job Description

Customer Experience Administrator required in Gillingham on a six month basis for a client of ours. You will be supporting the training division so will require a strong administrative background. We are looking for someone who is a real team player, customerfocused and confident with Microsoft products.Duties can include:Dealing with customer queries via email/phone in a friendly approachable mannerReceiving and processing delegate applicationsUploading data to the systemsReceiving payments and copying data to client scheduleGeneral Admin, emails, post, sending course joining instructions to trainersEnsuring trainers have their course packs and items readyEmailing pre-course instructions to delegatesRearranging cancelled delegates to new courses and updating the Excel spreadsheetTracking, collating and posting certificates and course workbooksRecording attendance and coding to show whether or not they attendedContributing and attending meetings to suggest improvementsYou will have excellent attention to detail and be able to represent the company professionally.This is a full time office role paying £12.31ph.
