Job Description

I am working on behalf of a high quality, independent Domiciliary care service for the elderly that is based in Solihull.The Company:

Delivers bespoke homecare throughout the Solihull area
Has extremely client led approach to care, delivering support to affluent clients
Currently delivering 700 hours of care, all private care
Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
Also a new established sister company to offer additional support such as gardening, cleaning etc to further increase level of quality

The role:

Managing the day to day running of the service
Innovative ideas to continue growing the branch
Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC
Stive for Outstanding with CQC
Manage the care team
Ensure clients are having the best experience possible

Required competencies:

Previous Domiciliary care experience is essential
preferable been Registered with CQC or managed in the sector
Good knowledge of CQC regulations
People management skills
Level 5 in Leadership and Managementdesirable
Excellent personal skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
