This position requires someone with strong interpersonalskills, good oral and written communication and supervisory skills with a basic understanding of risk and conflict management.The key purpose of this roleis to provide a comprehensive and efficient shop service to residents, dependent children and Staff. You will manage stock control systems to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained at all times and operate/participatein the ordering process.You will use computer-based software in order to service the residents shop requirements and ensure that stock is held appropriately and securely to ensure that shrinkage due to theft or deterioration is minimised.
