Badenoch + Clark is excited to be working with a business in Sussex to recruit a People Data Analyst into their team. You will be responsible for creating and improving People MI, metrics, dashboards and reporting to give the organisation a true overview of the "people issues" and to identify improvements required.Key responsibilities will include:*Building the people reporting capability through a series of data dashboards, aggregating data from disparate sources and translating it into monthly reports providing meaningful business insights*Creating monthly and ad-hoc reporting packs highlighting trends, and progress against KPIs across the employee lifecycle.*Analysing and interpreting employee and candidate data held across various data dashboards /sources*Presenting monthly reports presenting key business insights with recommendations of interventions/actions to take based on data driven insights and trends across the employee lifecycle*Be responsible for the maintenance, quality, and consistency of SuccessFactors (HRIS) information and integrity with data held in other systems such as Payroll.*Driving and delivering continuous improvements to our People data reporting capability.*First point of contact for HR data and reporting queries*Understand the roadmap for Success Factors reporting and analytics to exploit functionality for self-service and assess potential analytics opportunities for the future. Where functionality will not fulfil requirements, using integrations or scheduling solutions to help provide solutions outside of the system.*You will conduct regular audits on the HR Data to ensure accurate information held within our HR systems and on file is GDPR and Data Protection compliant at all times.*Participate in the delivery of HR projects where required.The successful candidate will have:*A real passion for the interpretation and analysis of people data with the ability to translate critical information into meaningful workforce insight and actions.*A high level of attention to detail, spotting errors and advising on solutions.*Cross-functional awareness of HR practices and policy.*Good experience with data governance and quality. *Experienced producing reports using Power BI, including using DAX to create measures, building dashboards analysing trends and making recommendations based on insights.*Strong technical skills in the Microsoft suite and advanced Excel, including Automation with VBA.*Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating results to a wide audience.*Ability to transform unstructured information into usable data sources. *Be curious, relentless, resilient and diplomatic. *Experience of working with SuccessFactors or a similar HCM cloud platform Badenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
