Occupational Health Manager Advantage Resourcing is seeking candidates to apply for a working in Gatwick. This will be for a 4 months paying up to £450 umbrella/inside IR35 per day. The role holder is responsible for the strategic development and delivery of Occupational Health & Wellbeing for the employees. The role holder will be responsible for leading the health and wellbeing agenda, which involves the following aims:*Ensuring that there are appropriate occupational health arrangements in place to enable the company to fulfil its legal commitments in relation to occupational health. *Driving proactive measures to build a strong health and wellbeing culture. *To lead, develop and take continuing responsibility for the development & maintenance of an occupational health and wellbeing service *Strategic development of occupational health and wellbeing which contributes to the strategic development of EHSThis is a unique specialist/expert role within the organisation which contributes to the strategic and business priorities of the organisation. This role impacts on all areas of operation and at all levels of the organisation My client is seeking the following Qualifications, Experiences and Qualities Qualifications *NMC Registered General Nurse *Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health*SCPHN registration*Educated to degree levelExperience*Extensive experience in the strategic development and delivery of occupational health and wellbeing in large diverse organisations.*Budgetary management *Experience in leading organisation wide projects*Experience in mentoring and development of staff members.*Extensive organisational and management skills*Analytical and problem solving skills*Experience in income generation*Understanding of the EU / UK regulatory framework for health and safetyPersonal Qualities *Self-motivated starter. *Key skills in engaging stakeholders organisation wide and 3rd parties both internally and externally at all levels including national level*Ability to manage sensitive and complex issues and problems and to develop appropriate remedial action plans *Excellent influencing and communication skills Candidates who have come from a previous private health background would be a benefit.
