Framework Manager - GatwickWorking for a Tier 1 contractor delivering multiple schemes over a 5 year period with a mixture of Civil Engineering and M&E elementsLocation: GatwickSalary: £75,000 basic + Car or Car allowance + Private Health + PackageRole DescriptionAs a Framework Manager you will be the focal point for the Project teams reporting in on their schemes and the client stakeholder interface. Involved in the strategy and overall programme, less about the hands on individual project delivery. You focus is on the Client KPIs ensuring a positive relationship across the duration of the framework, looking at the potential risks on a project and providing solutions with the project team.Managing the Contractual elements of the framework understanding the consequences of delays or potential future issues. This is as much as working with the client to achieve a positive out come as it is working with the internal leadership team to protect the margin and interested of the organisation. Each project will have elements of Civil Engineering and M&E elements, each of which you need to be aware of and understand the associated risks each can bring.Previous experience from the following sectors could be a good fit for this position:
