Kevin Theobald recruitment are looking for an experienced Export Clerk for a well established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Gatwick area and would want the ideal applicant to live locally.You will be working in a start to finish Export operation dealing with all aspects of Airfreight, Seafreight and Roadfreight. Cross training will be given but the role would require an applicant with a flexible approach.Dealing with clients, overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines and hauliers for shipments. The role would involve everything from quotes, dealing with carriers for rates and bookings, customs docs, export docs, liaising with overseas agents, charging, etc,. Knowledge of Customs Entries and Dangerous goods would be an advantage. Working in a small team in a busy office. Required skills
