The Aerodrome Graduate will be actively involved in real time projects affecting the airport from day one.Aerodrome Operations is the heart of the Airport. Its dynamic, challenging and constantly evolving operational environment with multiple departments working together to deliver efficient safe, stable and compliant operations.The role will facilitate your professional development, through exposure to the demanding, multi-faceted and rewarding 24/7 operational roles. You will rotate through the Aerodrome teams, with a key part of your development being the identification of departmentaland cross-departmental improvement opportunities, the production of change plans and where required assisting with the delivery of local improvement projects. You will play a real-time key role in driving the success of the wider team.Part of the programme will include a leadership development module with the other graduates and a dedicated coach (a senior leader from the business) to help build resilience in the workplace.What will you do
