Our client has a mission to make the online world accessible for all and are a well known provider of accessibility and inclusion tools for many globally known brands. Due to a period of growth theyre looking to add an experienced Product Owner to theirteam to lead the development of their product. This role is to act as the bridge between the needs of the end user and the future product development.Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will facilitate the driving of the roadmap of the product, prioritisation and development. A collaborative role, the ideal candidate will be an exceptional collaborator, working with cross functional teams to ensurethat the product meets the needs of the clients and enable them to reach target industry standards for accessibility. Key Responsibilities:* Define and prioritise product roadmap and backlog based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.* Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, triage feedback, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of product features.* Conduct user-research and testing to identify user needs and pain points and use data to drive product decisions.* Partner with our design team to create intuitive and accessible user experiences that help clients meet WCAG and other accessibility standards.* Continuously monitor and analyze the market and competition and use insights to improve product offering.* Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate the value of the product to customers.* Be an expert on international accessibility standards, regulations, and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product development and positioning.Requirements:* 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a demonstrable track record of launching successful products.* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.* Experience with Agile/Scrum development as a product owner.* Passion for creating products that make a positive impact on peoples lives.Preferred:* In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards, regulations, and best practices (WCAG, ADA,Section 508, etc.)If this sounds like something you would be interested in, click "apply" and well get things rolling.
