Job Description

MTrecs new career opportunityOur client is a market leader in their sector, they are now looking to recruit a motivated Night Shift Production Supervisor who is looking to grasp an outstanding career opportunity, and help a business grow and improve.If you have supervisory experience and are happy to work a permanent night shift this role could be ideal for you.The Job Youll do

  • Managing a team of 10-12 a mixture of welders, machine operators and laborers.
  • Involved in team brief with management.
  • Organizing figures on job boards (Specific targets on a daily basis - organizing line flows).
  • Supervise a team leader 1 candidate who has been with the company 15 years.
  • Updating Microsoft systems, excels spreadsheets and sending reports to senior management.
  • Based in the Lintels departments.
  • Co-ordinating the shift on a daily basis, and reporting directions.
  • Must come from a manufacturing process.
  • Be able to pass drugs test.
  • Lead and manage day to day issues.
  • Experience in engineering departments.
About You
  • Supervisor experience.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Welding/fabrication background ideal but not essential.
  • Microsoft office experience.
  • NVQ LEVEL 3 in manufacturing operations.
  • Be willing to work permanent night shift.
