Job Description

Our client, a leading national leisure company, is looking to recruit a motivated, creative, and experienced marketing professional to complement their expanding team.Working alongside the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for putting together creative campaigns, initiatives and content to engage with customers through both online and offline channels, other aspects of the role to include:

  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to support greater commercial performance of the business.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Create marketing plans based on evidence of current trading and operating conditions to ensure that actions form building blocks to support incremental growth.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the company website and blog that attracts and converts target groups.
  • Be responsible for the analysis and ongoing benchmarking of success, reporting back regularly about successes and failures.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Support Head of Marketing with financial and budgetary planning on an annual basis.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Deputise for the Head of Marketing or Brand Communications Manager as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a comparable role with a creative and innovative approach, knowledge of tracking, measurement, and analytics of digital marketing content performance, be hard working, have excellent written and oralcommunication skills and a high attention to detail. BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field would be desirable.This is a great opportunity to work for a dynamic and rapidly expanding company that encourages growth and progression.
