Are you great at engaging with referral partners for employability & skills contractsYou will be working on the AEB contract to upskill job seekers to gain employability skills. Primarily you will be building up relationships with job centres and community organisations to promote the service and bring onboard learners for the programmes.You might do some group intro sessions to talk to people about the programme. And then some IAG at the end to talk about what other options could be available for them. Being great at paperwork is key!You must have worked in a similar role within employability or skills.
