Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employersand providing youth services.Working Ways is our name for the Intensive Personalised Employment Support service funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. The service provides one-to-one support and training to people with a disability. Our Key Workers help people to manage work aroundtheir specific disabilities and match their skills to a job role. We provide the service in partnership with Remploy. Intensive Personalised Employment Support is commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions.What is the role aboutKey Workers are the front line of Reed in Partnership. The main purpose of the role is to provide intensive, personalised one-to-one support to unemployed jobseekers (our participants) with aim of finding and sustaining employment. You will also engage withemployers and make local communities aware of the benefits of our service. Our participants are the lifeblood of our business, and providing them with an excellent service is at the very core of the Key Worker role.Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include
