Theyare looking for a general manager/estimator to join theirteam and oversee all aspects of our operations.As a general manager/estimator, you will be responsible for:• Managing the workflow of our projects from start to finish• Estimating the time, materials, and budget required for each project• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best quality and price• Communicating with clients and ensuring their satisfaction• Supervising and motivating our staff and ensuring a safe and productive work environment• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base• Lease with customers to provide quotations• Managing staff making sure all tasks are distributed daily• Collecting and delivering jobs and materials etc. to laser cutters and painters• General shop floor tasks to enable completion of jobs (5 employees)• Costing estimating of any enquiries, previous estimating experience would be preferred.To be successful in this role, you will need:• At least 3 years of experience in the 3D signage industry or a related field• A proven track record of managing projects and estimating costs• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality• A valid drivers license• Computer literateAn annual bonus scheme is included with this role.If you are interested in this role and suit the profile, please apply with your CV today.
