We recruit for Colleges and Training Providers across the UK.Intro:Our client are a Training Provider who has achieved the Matrix standard, they are looking for a data and compliance officer to join their growing team in their Administration function.Role and Responsibilities:As a data and compliance officer your key roles include:Making sure all paperwork is set up for the learner on appropriate systemsBe responsible for timely data entry on to the relevant systemsManaging the booking and processing of functional skills examinationsEnsuring 100% compliance across all funding paperworkPromoting the principles of equality and diversity and ensure the policy is being followedWorking flexibly in the field and across offices when directed by the line managerExperience and Skills:The ideal data and compliance officer will have:Experience working within a Training provider on Apprenticeships / AEB / ESF fundingGood Competence of using Internal PICS systems / MicrosoftStrong Administration skillsAn eye for details and complianceThe ability to liaise with different departments throughout the business-Full clean driving license and own vehicleApply below to the role of Data and Compliance Officer .
