This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidates to join a successful Oil & Gas equipment manufacturer who are offering permanentcontracts on a day shift role.THE BUSINESSThe company in question are an Oil & Gas equipment manufacturer based in the North East of England. With nearly 50 years of experience in machining and assembling critical subsea components and systems, they are a market leader in their field.THE ROLEWorking within a busy machine shop operating various machines and controlsProgramming and operating machines to produce products of the required quality standards and specificationWorking with a wide range of materials including; Alloy Steel, Inconel, Titanium and Stainless SteelOperating measuring equipment i.e. micrometres, Verniers, plug gauges, screw plugs and ring gaugesTHE PERSONTime served MachinistUnderstanding tolerances, surface finishes and geometric tolerancesComes from an Industrial Engineering backgroundAny of the following;CNC Turner with Fanuc or Mazatrol setting/programming experienceCNC Horizontal Millers with Fanuc setting/programming experienceCNC Vertical millers with Hass or Fanuc setting/programming experience5 Axis Millers with Heidenhain setting experienceTHE PACKAGEThis is a day shift role & permanent contractThey company are offering up to £19.44 for the right candidateEmployment Assistance Program25 days holiday plus bank holidaysSports & Social clubs with onsite gym and squash courtsTO APPLYPlease apply for this position and your CV will go direct to our Engineering Consultant Neil Douthwaite who is leading the search.
