Job Description

Client Account ManagerLitt Recruitment Group are incredibly excited to be working alongside the fastest growing ecommerce fulfilment business in the UK and the winners of the Fastest growing small business in the North East for 2022, runner up in 2021! Youll be working with some great people, major global Ecommerce brands, as well as blue-chips likeAmazon and DPD. This is a great time for you to become a big part of their continued success and growth.Reporting into the Head of Account Management you will collaboratively work with their clients to help maximise order volumes, sales and profitability, whilst delivering world-class customer service. Youre core duties will include;Core duties:

  • To drive order and sales growth and maximise revenue from the current client/brand base.
  • Act as an extension of your clients brand, understanding each clients unique needs.
  • Oversee and influence customer service level operational metrics.
  • Make key decisions and actions to help our clients grow and scale their businesses.
Essential skills required
  • An ability to spot opportunities, develop them and ultimately implement.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills and communicate confidently at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt and be aware of individual client brands and specific needs
  • Ability to listen to, understand and interpret customer requirements to ensure most appropriate advice at all times.
  • An ability to make difficult decisions sometimes for the "greater good"
  • Experience with working towards key KPIs and metrics.
  • Team leadership/management experience preferred
  • Excellent time management skills. Very well organised.
  • Experience of analysing and interpreting data
  • Excellent PC Literacy.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Full driving license.
Desirable skills/experience
  • Account/Sales Management experience 3 years plus.
  • Versed in Customer service.
  • Knowledge/experience of ecommerce is desirable, but not essential.
